Arcadia Capital Limited (Arcadia) is a private company established in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Arcadia is regulated and authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to manage Collective Investment Funds. Arcadia currently manages four property funds (three of which focus on investment opportunities in the UAE) and one venture capital fund.

ANASTASIA MALYUTINA

With over 18 years in the UAE real estate sector, Ms. Malyutina has significantly contributed to Dubai's real estate landscape, steering the launch and sales of several of the city's iconic developments. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of the real estate market, including luxurious residential areas, commercial spaces, and unique urban projects. Ms. Malyutina was the founder of Arcadia Properties, a boutique real estate brokerage that was responsible for sales exceeding AED 7 billion. Arcadia Properties was involved in some of Dubai’s most iconic developments, including through the sale of land plots and sales of commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential properties to a diverse clientele that includes investment companies, private funds, and high-net-worth individuals.

ADAM OMAR SHANTI

Adam Omar Shanti serves as the Senior Executive Officer of Arcadia Capital and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr Shanti has a rich background across the legal and financial services sectors. His experience includes serving as General Counsel for major DIFC-based financial firms, including the region’s largest REIT. With a JD from Marquette University and an MBA from London Business School, Mr. Shanti has practiced corporate and commercial law internationally before making his impact in the UAE over the past 17 years.
